Rerun All Or Part Of A Background Check

There are many cases where employers need to rerun a background check on the same candidate. This can easily be done directly from the candidate’s GoodHire background check by clicking on the “Rerun all or part of a report.” link (located on the SSN Trace section).

From here, users have the option to order one of two checks:

1. Rerun Basic Checks: orders a new basic report that includes SSN Trace, National Criminal Databases Search, and Sex Offender Registry Search
2. Rerun Background Check: gives the user an option to select from any screening package associated to the GoodHire account
