International verifications for US school or US employment are unavailable. Currently placed orders will be canceled and refunded. We will provide an update when we are able to resume service.
Overview
This verification is intended to verify the educational record of candidates currently residing in the United States who have previously attended school abroad. Results may include institution name and contact info, degree(s), major(s), grades obtained, completion date, degree date, attendance date, and comments. Each International Education Verification covers a single institution.

Turnaround Time
Turnaround time is typically 9-10 business days.

International Education Verifications can be added on to any of GoodHire’s background check packages.
Reviewing Results
All International Education Verification results will indicate whether or not the educational institution was successfully verified. However, employers will need to click the attached report to view full details.

Notes
International Education Verification requires the candidate to fill out extra additional forms and provide extra forms of identification. All candidates will need to submit:
- Completed Verification Form
- Completed and Signed Authorization Form
- A copy of the applicant’s diploma/certificate
Note that many institutions in China require a copy of the diploma in the original language, as well as the translated version.
An education verification is conducted and charged per degree. Sources include educational institutions across a country. In some countries such as the UK, an education verification may require to contact Examination Boards and/or awarding organizations. These examinations boards are responsible for setting and awarding qualifications for secondary education level. Please note that these examination boards may require additional documentation and fees for education verifications. Name and title of the sources will be provided when applicable.
