Notes
In order to qualify for running credit checks, employers must go through a credentialing process, in which they must pass a 6 question screening survey and an onsite inspection. The inspection costs a one-time fee of $79.99 and takes 3 to 5 business days to complete. For more information on the credentialing process, please refer to the Credentialing Process page
If a candidate has a credit freeze or fraud alert on file, then they must provide us with a PIN to finish the check.
If an employer decides to cancel an onsite inspection, the employer must notify our customer support team at [email protected].
