Your background check will have an alert when at least one of the screens returned potentially adverse results. These may include criminal records, discrepancies found from credit file data or source records, and more.

| SSN Trace | Incorrect SSN provided; Not enough credit information on file due to age, name change, or recently issued SSN; No Date of Birth on credit file |
| Criminal Record Searches | A misdemeanor, felony, or infraction has been reported about you |
| Verifications | The employer is unresponsive to verification request contacts; The employer could not confirm your employment information |
| Drug Screening | Refusal to administer test or test has been tampered with; Positive drug result |
| Motor Vehicle Records | Driver’s License invalid or suspended; Driving-related suspensions or violations; Information misentered resulting in the driver not found |
| Employment Credit Report | Delinquent payment found; Bankruptcy listed |
| Healthcare Sanction | Sanction, disciplinary action, or listed on exclusion list |
| Civil Record Search | Civil case filed against you, including cases where you are found not liable — DOESN’T include divorce proceeding, family court, or cases where you are the plaintiff; Federal Bankruptcy: Bankruptcy found |
