• If you or an employer entered your SSN incorrectly an Alert will appear on this section of your results.
• The background check will need to be rerun with the correct SSN to get a Clear result.
  • If an employer ran the background check on you please contact the company that ran the report.
  • If you ran the background check on yourself, you will need to rerun it with the correct SSN.

You can get a new or replacement Social Security card from the Social Security Administration.
