How do I submit additional documentation that was requested for my background check?

You can easily upload additional documentation when you’re logged into GoodHire on a computer or a mobile device. First, log in to view your check by following the link that was emailed to you when your check started processing. Once you’re logged in:

  1. Click the link toward the top to “UPLOAD DOCUMENTS”
  2. Click the button to “+ADD”
  3. Upload your document(s)
  4. Click “DONE”

After your document(s) are uploaded, our team instantly receives a notification and will contact you if additional information is required. Otherwise, no further action is needed from you.

NOTE: Documents uploaded through this flow cannot be seen by the organization that ordered the background check on you. If you want the organization to see the document, send it to them directly.
