Where do I go for my drug screening?
Once a drug screening is ordered, either you or your employer will have an opportunity to select a drug collection site. Once the collection site is selected, an email will be sent to the scheduler from “[email protected]” with the Chain of Custody (CCF) form. If your employer scheduled your drug test, make sure to ask them for this form, otherwise check your email to ensure you have received it. This form is required to take your drug test and contains location of the collection site.
How long will my drug screening take?
Once you’ve gone to the collection site and provided a sample, the standard turnaround time for drug screening results is 3-5 business days. If the lab needs to do additional testing, this can take up to 10 business days.
What do I do if I’m taking prescription medications?
There is no additional action needed from you prior to your drug screening. After the results are complete, the Medical Review Officer (MRO) will contact you to request any prescription information, if needed, and update the results accordingly. Please make sure the phone numbers provided on your registration form are accurate and respond to the MRO as soon as possible so your test results can be processed as quickly as possible.
