Why did you find a record that is over 7 years old? I thought 7 years was the max.
Our 7-Year County Criminal Records Search finds records within a minimum of 7 years—not maximum. This means we may find older records if they are readily accessible during our research as long as they are legally reportable. Before reporting a particular record, we confirm that it can be compliantly reported in accordance with the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act as well as state and local laws.
Why did you search in a county I never lived in?
Counties searched are usually generated from the address history provided by your social security number trace. While the SSN Trace shows counties where you’ve lived, it may also show counties where a bank ran a credit check on you.
