Professional License Verification

Overview

A Professional License Verification verifies any domestic professional license, including issue date, expiration date, credential title, and current status. Each Professional License Verification covers a single license claim. Employers can add up to 5 license verifications.

Reviewing Results

If the verification results match the details provided by the candidate, the Professional License Verification will return a clear result.

Alerts:

If the information from the candidate doesn’t exactly match official records, the Professional License Verification will return an alert. Employers will receive a breakdown of how the candidate’s information matched official records.

Turnaround Times & Additional Fees

Turnaround time for Professional License Verification is typically 3 to 5 business days.

There are no additional fees required.

Notes

Professional License Verifications do not check for driver’s license or any other form of driving endorsements.

Once the candidate provides their license or certification information, we will try to verify the license 3 times over the course of 3 business days.
