Ordering

The Domestic Watch List Search is included in GoodHire’s Standard and Premium background check packages. It can also be added on to the Basic package.

Reviewing Results

If there are no records, the Domestic Watch List Search will simply display clear.

Alerts:

If there are any records that match the candidate’s name and date of birth, they will be displayed in the results tab of the Domestic Watch List Search. Each record displays the record source and offender details (including alias names), as well as any associated addresses.

Clicking “Show More Details” at the bottom of each record will expand the record to display the offenses attached, with each offense record containing substantial context as to why the candidate has been placed on a domestic watch list.

Turnaround Times

Turnaround time for the Domestic Watch List Search is typically 1 to 3 business days.

Notes

The Domestic Watch List Search will not show any crimes that were processed in federal court. Employers will need to run a Federal Criminal Court Search to see those records.
