Max joined Inflection in 2012 to lead the planning and launch of GoodHire. He now oversees all of Inflection’s product strategy, roadmap, development, pricing, and growth initiatives. Before joining the team, Max managed and launched B2B software products for HP and Microsoft. He received an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and undergraduate degrees from the Wharton School and the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania. His passions outside of work include international travel, golf, pickleball, cooking, home brewing, and escape room games.

Ellen brings more than 20 years of marketing leadership experience to Inflection. She’s worked at large, public companies (Yahoo! and Intuit) and venture-backed startups where she’s had success building marketing teams and functions from the ground-up; retooling existing teams and functions; and scaling marketing and business performance. Ellen has a journalism degree from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. Ellen enjoys yoga, hiking, scouting SF neighborhoods, and spending time with her daughter.

Izzy is an FCRA-compliance attorney and expert in the background screening legal landscape. Prior to joining Inflection, she worked as an attorney for Hirease, where she honed her risk-mitigation skills and provided compliance guidance to gig economy customers such as Handy and Uber. She received a journalism degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law. She enjoys singing and playing acoustic guitar, bird watching, and listening to old jazz records. She lives in Tucson, Arizona, with her wife, two beagles, and a cat.

Jeremy has been in product management and product leadership roles for more than 15 years. His experience includes building products and innovative technology for B2C, B2B and enterprise applications and platforms. Most recently, Jeremy served as President and Chief Product Officer for SimpleCitizen where he helped grow the B2C immigration product and launch the enterprise platform, leading to the company’s acquisition and rollout of the platform to thousands of global enterprise clients. Jeremy holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Utah. He lives in Salt Lake City with his wife and three children and is an avid fan of all things outdoors, but with particular love for skiing, boating, mountain biking and tennis.

Richard brings more than 20 years of financial management and analytics experience to Inflection. Most recently he served as the CFO for PLOS where he was responsible for the financial stewardship of the world’s largest nonprofit open access publisher. Richard has held senior leadership positions with Monsoon Commerce, Alibris and Signatures Network, leveraging financial analysis to drive revenue growth. Richard is a UK Chartered Accountant member of the ICAEW and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from King’s College, London. He enjoys playing guitar, going to rock concerts, exploring the world of IPAs and going out to dinner with his wife and teenage son.

Kalpit has been in data, analytics and leadership roles for more than two decades. At Inflection, Kalpit oversees all of Inflection’s data and analytics organization. Prior to joining Inflection, Kalpit worked for startups and leading Fortune 500 companies, including Johnson & Johnson, General Electric and the big four consulting firms, where he served as a senior leader in data, analytics and AI. He has managed large diversified global teams—from talented BI data analysts, product and data engineers to business savvy citizen data analysts who understand the power of data and analytics and can advocate its value to the business. Kalpit holds an MBA from Rutgers Business School, a Master’s degree from the University of Western Sydney in Australia and a Bachelor’s degree from the Maharaja Sayajirao University in India. He is passionate about his family, volunteer work for nonprofit organizations, international travel, and outdoor activities.

Jeff brings over 20 years of experience as an engineering leader and serial entrepreneur. At Yale University, Jeff co-founded the High Performance Computing group and sat as an advisor for the DevOps, database, and storage teams. Following Yale, Jeff was co-founder and CTO at seeclickfix.com (acquired in 2019). Before Inflection, Jeff led professional services for swiftype.com (acquired by Elastic 2017). Jeff holds a BS and MS from the University of California, Santa Barbara where he wrote software for deep ocean exploration. On the weekends, Jeff enjoys spending time with family and keeping extraordinary reef aquariums.

Charles brings 20 years of experience in the technology arena around team building, infrastructure planning, automation, and security. He has published two zero-day security findings, and has developed security and compliance programs around SOCII and PCI compliance for startups and SaaS-based companies. He holds technical certifications in information technology, cloud, and security disciplines and has managed large scale geographically dispersed teams in both operations and security for enterprise companies such as Oracle, and multiple technology start-ups in Silicon Valley with an emphasis on cloud-centric infrastructure and hosted applications. In his spare time, Charles enjoys participating in cross-fit events, landscape photography, and metal-smithing.

Chelsea brings more than a decade of Sales and Sales Leadership experience to GoodHire, with a special focus on optimization of the sales process and operations to help scale teams. At GoodHire, Chelsea leads the SMB and mid-market sales teams, using her skills to drive growth initiatives for the Company and collaborating on strategic planning for future growth and expansion. Chelsea’s experience stems from 10+ years in the B2B Big Data and Tech space in New York City where she held leadership roles managing all sales functions across SMB, mid-market and Enterprise. Born and raised in the greater New York City area, she currently lives in NYC and in addition to being a traveler and foodie, she loves being outdoors in every season, from sailing to skiing.

Annie brings a wealth of operations expertise to her role at Inflection. Prior to joining, she spent time at large and mid-size public companies (Target and Groupon), and most recently honed her operations skills as a consultant for a variety of clientele—from large healthcare payors to venture-backed startups. Annie is motivated by solving problems, both big and small, connecting with others, and making a meaningful impact everywhere she goes and on everyone she meets. She received a business degree from the University of Minnesota (Go Gophers!), specializing in Supply Chain Management. Annie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking, cooking, yoga, and exploring Milwaukee’s craft beer scene.

Sara Korolevich brings more than 20 years of content and communications expertise to Inflection. She directs the company’s content strategy to drive leads and user engagement and manages its public relations efforts to increase brand awareness. Sara honed her writing and research skills working on legislative issues on Capitol Hill, and spent several years working on public education campaigns for the State of California at a top public relations agency in Los Angeles. Prior to joining Inflection, she started her own consulting business to help B2B tech startups manage their communications strategy. Sara enjoys playing board games with her family, winning pub trivia games with friends, and hiking and camping in the Arizona sunshine.

Yev is a technical leader with a strong track record of managing local and remote teams to deliver cloud and web-based solutions. At Inflection, Yev is responsible for driving technical architecture, enforcing best practices, and training engineering teams. Yev has more than 20 years of experience in software engineering, with a proven ability to prototype, integrate 3rd party platforms, deliver and test end-to-end scalable and robust solutions. Yev graduated UC Berkeley with honors in Molecular and Cell Biology. Outside of work, Yev enjoys traveling the world, reading sci-fi books, and seeking thrill activities like snowboarding, skydiving and motorcycling.
